Our Services

Mental Health First Aid

Being a Mental Health First Aider means being able to recognise when someone may be struggling with their mental wellbeing and offering early support in a safe, supportive way.

Much like physical first aid, it’s about listening, providing reassurance and helping individuals access the right professional support where needed. Giving your staff the ability to become a Mental Health First Aider will help create a positive workplace culture where mental health can be discussed openly, reducing stigma and encouraging wellbeing.
